Illude the elevation by opening up your lungs and diaphragm with organ release and myofascial techniques, which promote optimal oxygen intake. FULL BODY DRY BRUSH

A soft brush is used to gently exfoliate your skin, removing dead skin layers, stimulating circulation, and flushing the lymphatic system. After the brushing, warm wet towels are applied to remove dead skin, followed by moisturizing oil or lotion.
