We know it isn’t always easy to arrive exactly on time, especially when you’re on vacation. Some spas and therapists will cut your treatment short if you arrive late. We leave sufficient time in between appointments so you can still get your full treatment even if you arrive up to 10 minutes late. That way you don’t have to stress or rush before, during, or after your session.

Having said that, we do still encourage guests to arrive on time or even 5 minutes early!
