NEUROMUSCULAR / ASSISTED STRETCHING MASSAGE
Based on your body posture, pain, and previous or current injuries, deep tissue techniques, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, stretching and sports massage are integrated to target your body’s needs. This therapeutic style of massage effectively decreases pain and increases injury recovery time. Sessions are interactive and involve communication throughout. This may be an entire session of any of the previously mentioned techniques or integrated into a full body massage.

SLATE RIVER HOT STONE MASSAGE
Warm stones are used to open and flush the muscles while calming Swedish massage strokes soothe the mind and body. This treatment allows the muscles to have the release of a deep tissue massage without as much pressure. It’s an incredibly therapeutic and deeply relaxing treatment that’s perfect for the cool winter months.

MINI ESCAPE
Start your relaxation by unwinding your feet in a therapeutic foot soak. Afterward, receive a 60 Minute Signature Massage. Finish your escape with a custom Aromatherapy Wrap using essential oils to target your desired outcome. This is a lovely treatment to do with your mother, sister, partner or friend. Upgrade to a 90-minute massage for an additional $35.

FULL BODY DRY BRUSH
A soft, natural bristle brush is used to exfoliate your skin, removing dead skin layers, stimulating circulation, and flushing the lymphatic system to boost metabolism and the immune system. Dry brushing prepares the skin to maximally absorb our nourishing, organic lotion for a deeply moisturizing massage. This treatment is wonderful for the dry, high altitude climate of Crested Butte.
